Irena Jordan – Principal
Irena has been in practice for over 30 years. Her qualifications include the Degrees of Bachelor of Law and Doctor of Jurisprudence. Irena has extensive experience in all areas of the practice. She takes personal responsibility for briefing clients and explaining matters to them. Irena believes that her best recommendation is the number of repeat clients she has and the referrals of work by those clients.
John Clarke – Consultant
John has been a barrister and solicitor in the ACT and NSW since 1975, working in many areas of law, though, in recent years, he has mainly worked in the areas of wills, estates and powers of attorney. He has a strong commitment to his community, having been involved with Apex, Landcare, women’s refuges, nursing homes, preschools and day care centres and has provided pro bono advice to many other organisations for many years. He is a past president of his local Rotary Club, is currently a director of the Rotary Club and was recently made a Paul Harris Fellow.
Des Jordan – Consultant
Des was admitted to practice in 1987 and has extensive experience in the property sector. He specialises in the more complex commercial office transactions and lease negotiations, including Agreements to Design, Construct and Lease, and associated Construction Contracts. In 2002, Des received the Property Council of Australia Award for “Outstanding Contribution to the Property Industry”. Des is available by appointment only.
Rebecca Peisley – Paralegal
Rebecca has worked with us since 1999 and assists clients through the whole conveyancing process. She manages our conveyancing team and often attends on sellers. She is efficient, friendly and courteous. Rebecca is successfully studying at Macquarie University to obtain her licence as a property conveyancer.
